Preparedness contract
The French government’s official guide, « Tous responsables », asks every household to be ready to hold out for 72 hours. iwisur turns that kit into a measurable contract: 31 requirements across three tiers (72 hours, 7 days, 15 to 30 days), plus an evacuation scenario. Three verdicts, recalculated on your real stock: Ready, Almost, Not enough.

iwisur is designed and developed in France, based on these official French recommendations. They vary from one country to another: outside France, treat them as a solid starting point, not a universal standard, and check the guidance from your own local authorities.

For whom
iwisur serves both advanced, structured preparedness (long-term stock, quantified self-sufficiency, equipment, radio frequencies) and everyday caution in the face of a power cut, a storm, or a supply disruption. No drama: concrete numbers, simple actions, no imposed vocabulary.
A clear view of what matters
iwisur brings together your reserves and reminders in a tool designed to be filled quickly, understood without instructions, and consulted without network.
Set a target from 48 hours to 30 days. iwisur matches water, food and the household’s actual needs, identifies the reserve that will fail first, and shows the math: « for 2 adults, 1 child and 2 pets for 15 days, you need 153.8 L of water and 82,500 kcal ». A shortfall is never a black box.
Overdue deadline, water to renew, medicine expiring soon: five lines max, each one opens the action that fixes it.
Each item carries its lot numbers, expiry dates and contribution: "lasts 3 days". Expiring items surface on their own, rotation becomes a habit.
Every battery and power bank has its recharge schedule tracked automatically: a power bank past due marks itself "to check" on its own, no need to remember. The same logic protects your 72-hour bags, audited item by item.
Their water goes into the household goal. Their food lives in a separate reserve, never mixed with your calories: 10 kg of kibble is 27 days, and the app shows the division.
Your household’s agreed channel, the eight PMR446 channels ready to note on your devices (license-free in France and the EU; check your own country’s rules), and emergency numbers available with no network at all.
Privacy measured, not promised
Inventories, household profiles, reminders and history are designed to stay on your device. No identity is required to get started.
Read the privacy policyThe database lives in the private, OS-protected storage reserved for the app on iOS and Android. Inventories, calculations and reminders stay available offline. Face ID or passcode lock, discreet mode for anyone looking over your shoulder.
Only when you ask: a plain export, flagged as unencrypted before it leaves the app. To your own storage: no sync server ever receives your inventories.
Barcode scanning queries Open Food Facts to pre-fill an item, and the rally-point map loads tiles if you turn it on. Two separate consents, each revocable on its own, each reduced to the strict minimum.
No identity required, and we never receive or read your inventories remotely. Not absolute network anonymity.
A simple model
iwisur’s first version is complete and uncapped: essential preparedness is not a demo. Full will come next, to go further. Never a subscription.
