Purpose

These terms govern access to the iwisur.com site and, when published, the use of the iwisur mobile application published by AutomatisIA – Philippe Cohen EI.

App access

The core of iwisur is designed to be used without an account. You are responsible for your device’s compatibility, its lock, and keeping safe any exports you take out of the app.

The app is intended for lawful personal use. Minors must use it under the responsibility of a legal representative.

Fair use

You agree not to misuse the app, disrupt the service, circumvent purchase mechanisms, attempt to access another person’s data, or use radio information in violation of regulations. User-registered frequencies do not constitute authorization to transmit.

Important limitations

• Self-sufficiency estimates depend on the data you enter and do not constitute a guarantee.
• Medicine management is an inventory; it does not replace a doctor, pharmacist or medication label.
• Local reminders may be delayed or blocked by your phone settings.
• iwisur does not replace official alerts, emergency services or official guidance.
• An export of your data is never encrypted: you alone are responsible for keeping it safe and confidential once it has left the app.

Free version and Full purchase

The free version provides access to the essential features advertised in the app. A feature released free will not become paid later, and an inventory advertised with no cap will not be limited later.

iwisur Full is planned as a one-time non-consumable purchase with no recurring subscription. The price including tax, the exact scope and pre-contractual information are displayed before confirmation. Payment, billing, restoration and refund requests are handled according to the rules of the Apple or Google store used.

Acquired rights are linked to the purchase platform unless an explicit transfer mechanism is offered. A purchase on iOS does not automatically grant the same on Android.

Your content and exports

You remain the owner of the information you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy, the legality of imported documents, and the people you share an export with. Do not include unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.

Availability and updates

AutomatisIA strives to maintain the site and app, but does not guarantee permanent availability of features requiring internet or third-party services. Local operation remains the priority. Updates may fix, secure or enhance the service, provided there is no regression of free features.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections in their country of residence. In case of difficulty, first contact our contact form to seek an amicable solution.

The contact information for the competent consumer mediator will be added before the first commercial release of the Full purchase.
