iwisur helps a household know what it has, what’s missing, what needs to be replaced, and how long it can remain self-sufficient. The app brings together inventory, medicine, batteries, bags, equipment, radio frequencies and associated reminders.

No, or rather: not only. iwisur suits households doing advanced preparedness (long-term stock, quantified self-sufficiency, radio frequencies) just as well as households who simply want to be ready for a power cut, a storm or a temporary shortage. The interface stays plain and doesn’t require any particular vocabulary or commitment: everyone uses it at their own level.

Yes. The core of the app is designed to stay usable in airplane mode after install: inventories, self-sufficiency calculations, browsing and local alerts. Some actions you trigger yourself, such as a barcode scan, showing a map or exporting to your own storage, may need an internet connection.

No. No account or identity is required to use the core of iwisur. Household profiles can use anonymous labels like « Adult 1 » or an age range.

Inventories, household profiles, reminders and history logs are kept in the private, OS-protected storage of your device (iOS/Android), reserved for the app. A plain export, never encrypted, can be created on request to a location you choose ; the app reminds you of this before sending it. No. The medicine section organizes a stock and its dates; it provides no diagnosis or treatment advice. iwisur is also not a replacement for FR-Alert, official guidance or emergency services.

iwisur is designed and developed in France, based on official French recommendations (the « Tous responsables » guide, SGDSN). These benchmarks vary from one country to another and should not be taken as a universal standard. A country that isn’t validated in the app says so clearly and never defaults to French numbers or guidance: always check the recommendations from your own local authorities.

At launch, iwisur is entirely free with no cap : inventories, quantified self-sufficiency, preparedness contract, reminders, scanning, exporting your data. Features released for free will never become paid later.

Full will arrive after launch : a one-time purchase of €29.90, no subscription. It will add multiple households, bulk import and editing, printable reports, automatic backups and versioning, and personal templates. Nothing that’s free will be taken back.

An export of your data lets you move it to a new phone by restoring it. The file is not encrypted: no one, not even support, needs a key to read it. Keep it with the same care as a sensitive paper document.

You’ll be able to delete items individually or clear the local database from the app’s settings. Uninstalling the app deletes its local data: the database is not included in automatic system backups (iCloud, Google), even if you’ve enabled those for other apps.

iwisur is in preparation for iOS and Android. No firm date is announced at this time to avoid promising a timeline before complete validation.
